2. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are typically calculated based on the weight of the items, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. You can see the shipping cost during checkout.There is also a free shipping policy up to a certain amount.
3. Shipping Areas:
Once the address is filled in, if the order is successfully submitted and paid, our logistics will proceed with delivery.
4. Tracking Information:
Please get into our Track Order page, enter your Order ID and email address and press the “Track” button. You will receive shipping track information for your order
5. Dispatch Time:
We will process and ship your order within 72 hours of receiving it. Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect processing time.
6. Delivery Time:
Local Delivery : Expected delivery within 3-7 business days.
Delivery from China warehouse : Expected delivery within 10-15 business days.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Countries that we can ship with DDP (Delivery duty paid) Method, it doesn’t request you do customs clearance and no duties for you.
USA – UPS, Fedex Express or Special line (except Alaska and Hawaii)
Below are the shipping methods and estimated delivery times for key countries, for your reference:
Australia: 4PX, 5-10 days (fast). USA: UPS, Fedex Express or air transport, 7-10 days (multiple optional channels).
Canada, New Zealand & most European countries (UK, Germany, France, etc.): Air Express/Air Freight Dedicated Line, 7-12 days (stable efficiency).
