4.I ordered incorrectly, am I able to change an item in my order?
We can change the item and cancel your order before shipping out. Please send an email to support@kingsley.com. Note that once the package has begun processing, and a tracking number has been generated, the order will NO LONGER be able to be changed or canceled.

You can track your shipment’s progress using your order number and email. Then we will get back to you with the progress.

Shipping
1.I just made an order, when will it be shipped?
For pre-order items, please feel free to contact our CS team to check the shipping time.For in stock items, the order will be shipped out within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
NOTE: During the busy holiday seasons or after holiday promotions, the shipment processing can take up to 72 business hours.
2.When will I get my order?
We use express shipping to ensure super-fast,ultra-convenient shipping on all orders. Packages usually arrive within 3-7 business days.Please note that carrier and/or weather delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery times.
3.What are your current shipping methods?
For orders in countries where we have warehouses, we usually choose the fast logistics like UPS,Fedex and 4PX. For those in other countries. We’ll ship from China via Special express line.
4.How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are typically calculated based on the weight of the items, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. You can see the shipping cost during checkout.There is also a free shipping policy up to a certain amount.
